libebur128-1 software package provides implementation of the EBU R128 loudness standard, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libebur128-1
libebur128-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libebur128-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
